Here at WyoVision we will gladly bill insurance for your exam and hardware. We do ask that you provide your insurance information when you are scheduling your appointment; this ensures that we make your visit easier by getting your benefits checked before your appointment.
If you do not have your insurance information at the time you schedule your appointment, you can give us a call with it or fill out the insurance form on our website and fax it to us any time before your appointment.
Some insurance companies do NOT allow us to make your glasses in our lab. VSP, and some Davis Vision jobs require us to ship your order out and can take up to two weeks to return.
If you wish to pay at the time of service you will receive a 30% discount and then be given the form to file your claim with your insurance and they will send you the reimbursement. Unfortunately VSP, EyeMed, and Davis vision will not let us bill insurance this way. Please note: some insurance companies do not send a full reimbursement.
We no longer accept Spectera, Meritain Health plans, or out of state Medicaid.
