To request an appointment with your doctor please click the link below to take you to the WyoVision patient portal. You will need to log into your portal account with your username and password. If you do not remember/know your login information you can call the office, (307) 673-5177, and the staff can help you retrieve that information.

Patient Portal

Once logged in, click on the appointments button. You will then select the only one of the following 3 options from the list in the “With” drop down menu. 1) Dr, Katschke 2) Dr. Fisher 3) Dr. Fowler. None of the other options will have available appointments.


You cannot change the “At” option. This will only request an appointment for the Sheridan location. This option is not yet available for Gillette.

You will need to select the only available option in the “For” drop down menu, Comprehensive Exam Established Patient (30 min).

Now you will be able to select a week you wish to schedule your appointment from the “During the week of” drop down menu.

You will now be able to select the day and time you would like to schedule your appointment. You will receive a confirmation phone call, text message, or e-mail from the office. If the selected time does not work for the doctor, the office will contact you to schedule for another convenient time for you.
