Dr. Joseph Katschke

Dr. Joseph Katschke graduated Southern California College of Optometry with honors in 2007. After graduation he moved to Sheridan and took a position with WyoVision. Three years later he bought into the practice and is now the majority owner. Dr. Katschke grew up in a dusty rural Nevada town, Panaca, where he developed a love for outdoors and sports. Upon completion of high school he attended Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2003. His pursuit of a professional degree was put on hold for two years when he served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He spent two years serving the people of South Africa. In June of 2000, he married an amazing woman, Amy, who is his eternal companion. They enjoy four wonderful children. Dr. Katschke and Amy love family vacations, visiting family, cooking outdoors, bike rides and hikes with their children, and serving in their church and community.


Dr. Jaren Olsen

Dr. Jaren Olsen earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho and graduated as a Doctor of Optometry from Midwestern University- Arizona College of Optometry. He completed rotations at an ophthalmology clinic and cataract surgery center in Texas, as well as full-scope rural optometry clinics in Idaho and Arizona. Dr. Olsen lives in Gillette with his wife and two children. They enjoy camping, bike rides, swimming, playing board games, going to the park, volunteering at church, and vacations. Dr. Olsen is learning Spanish and enjoys volunteering for medical service mission trips to Latin America.
